Senior Programs: Inspire Through Walls and God’s Gifts

Bringing Connection, Joy, and Hope Through the Walls

Inspire Through Walls (ITW) and God’s Gifts exists to remind seniors that they are seen, valued, remembered, and loved.

Each month, ITW brings life-enrichment, mental and physical wellness, therapeutic, and spiritual programming directly to residents of senior living and healthcare communities. Our gatherings combine live music, inspirational stories, engaging conversations, fun activities, physical activities, and games to create meaningful moments of connection and joy.

We currently serve residents at:

  • Apple Blossom Senior Living in Moon Township
  • Reformed Presbyterian Home on the North Side
  • Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehab Center in Moon Township
  • Caring Heights Community Care & Rehab Center in Coraopolis

For many residents, these monthly visits are much more than an afternoon of entertainment. Some have few or no family members or friends who regularly visit or call. ITW provides an opportunity to laugh, participate, share stories, listen to music, move, reflect, and—most importantly—feel connected to others.

Faith Vision has adopted Five Core Goals:

  • Introduce and define the  concept of Christian values.
  • Peer accountability around principles learned and growth in Christian faith.
  • Encourage teens to clarify and explore their personal attitudes and values with respect to their Christian worldview.
  • Encourage teens to become comfortable with listening to and understanding opinions of others different from their own.
  • Identify valuable components of cultural heritag
